SUR Slitter Rewinder
The machine is designed primarily for high speed winding of vellum, papers and polyester reprographic films; other converting materials require engineered evaluation. Built to operate at speeds up to 700 FPM, the sturdy SUR is equipped with a heavy-duty main frame and rear unwind, touch screen control panel, rotary shear/razor slitting, dual air expanding rewinds with ‘auto release’ gates for quick removal of finished rolls, automatic edge guide system and safety light curtain. A variety of available features include automatic unwind tension, web clamps, cleaning/cling rollers, static rollers, selvage eductor system, 1-3/4 inch, two inch and three inch diameter air expanding rewind shafts, plus a choice of frame widths and unwind diameters.
