SS64 Size & Square UnitThe sizing and squaring unit is an option offered with Voorwood’s edge finishing machines. This device allows the operator to easily size and square rough-cut substrates. Using a rip fence system controlled by a stepper motor, the operator only needs to input the desired length or width of the substrate and the fence will automatically move to the correct position. A pneumatically actuated squaring bar is used to square the substrate once a true edge is established. |
