L4X Profile Wrapper
Wraps up to four-inch wide mouldings for housing, RVs, furniture and kitchen cabinet parts. Water base adhesives that work with vinyl (backed or non-backed), papers, and special webs for picture frames. The Voorwood L4X runs four-inch wide substrates up to 150 feet a minute. The machine uses a cartridge system that allows for a complete changeover in minutes. The quick-change cartridges can be set up off line while one is running. Complete changeovers are done in five minutes or less. One machine and as many cartridges as you need to do your whole product line. Machine is continuous running with automatic splicing, infinitely variable speed control, and variable oven heat, to name a few features.
