L108 Edge Foiler
Machine will profile, sand and finish a single edge of MDF or particleboard parts in a one pass, continuous process. Stock is transported by top and bottom chains that are driven by heavy-duty feed works. The transport chains are fitted with non-marking pads, specially designed to firmly grip the stock during processing. Exclusive features, such as load meters that monitor all motors giving and indication of cutter and sander sharpness, are standard on the L108. Four applicator stations have individual heat controls and wheel adjustments, mounted on a frame that may be tilted to match the edge profile and apply foil finish.
