A1515 CNC Feed-through Shaper Sander

Is fully equipped to automatically position all necessary adjustments for each profile setup. Voorwood’s new A1515-CNC is also equipped with an automatic tool changer for each shaping and sanding station. Using stacked tooling spindles, each station can access up to 15 tools plus remember up to 100 patterns. Capable of shaping and sanding arch profiles on cabinet door components without pre-contouring, the machine can also do straight cuts.  The A1515-CNC “Design Center” program allows the operator to create custom arches. As boards are loaded into the machine, the width is automatically measured and the programmed arch is rescaled to match the distance. Panel measurements can also be entered manually, allowing the arch to be rescaled to any width.
