L85 Surface Foiler
Uses dry transfer finish technology. Applies finish on panels up to two feet in width (24 inches). You can finish doors, cabinet side panels, furniture tops and other items needing an inexpensive, and low labor costing finish on cut to size parts. The L85 is the most widely used dry transfer flat finisher for plaques in the award business today. Red silicone roll transfer the heat from the oven onto the foil, reactivating the hot melt adhesive for a superior wood grain, solid color, or even marble finish. The silicone roll gives even pressure over the full surface of the MDF part, even in the peaks and small valleys (board thickness variables). The L85 machine is flexible enough to flat foil embossed or routed flat surfaces giving a custom look.
