Model A15 Stile & Rail ShaperStraight cuts inside edges on cabinet door stiles and rails. Equipped with a touch screen control panel. Models are available with options such as pneumatically powered hopper feed with feed/stop pendant, programmable space ball inserter and single sander. The shaper spindle can also be configured for stacked tooling or quick-change spindle options.
Model A26 Coping ShaperVoorwood’s latest design is equipped with a large ergonomical 42” long x 16” wide capacity table that provides comfortable access during single or multiple part cycles. PLC controlled clamping automatically secures the rail ends. Three different profile Shaper Heads can be stacked for quick setup. The A26 is capable of shaping up to seven 2” wide rails in one pass with dual heavy duty 7½ HP motors. Options include automatic power feed with 2 handed cycle control for operator safety. A single spindle model is also available.
Model A115 Shaper-SanderProfiles and sands a single edge of your hard/soft wood in one pass. Stock is transported through the machine by a bottom feed chain with special pads and hold down rollers that grip the stock securely as it passes through each workstation operation. It has digital readouts and MicroPoint tilt at each workstation including digital readouts on the eversquare infeed fence. This machine is designed for easy setup and repeatable positioning of tooling during profile changeovers.
Model A117 Shaper-SanderProfiles and sands a single edge of your wood parts in one pass. Stock is transported through the machine by a bottom feed chain with special pads that grip the stock securely while it passes through workstations. It has digital readouts and MicroPoint tilt at each workstation including digital readouts on the eversquare infeed fence. This machine is designed for easy setup, repeatable positioning of tooling during profile changeovers and can be equipped with up to seven work station combinations of shapers and sanders.
Model A217 Double-Side ShaperThe Voorwood Series A217 Shaper Sander profiles and sands both edges of a hard/soft wood part in one pass. Stock is transported through the machine by a bottom feed chains with a friction surface and selectable pop-up lugs to provide precision squaring and sizing. The first shaper on each side jumps in/out to eliminate cross grain tear out. With digital readouts and MicroPoint tilt at the workstations and digital readout and automatic width adjustment this machine is designed for fast set-up and repeatable tool change between profiles. Balanced lift up doors cover the machining stations and provide safety, sound deadening and contemporary styling.
