A15 Stile and Rail Shaper
Straight cuts inside edges on cabinet door stiles and rails. Equipped with a touch screen control panel. Models are available with options such as pneumatically powered hopper feed with feed/stop pendant, programmable space ball inserter and single sander. The shaper spindle can also be configured for stacked tooling or quick-change spindle options.

A1515 CNC Feed-through, Shaper-Sander
Is fully equipped to automatically position all necessary adjustments for each profile setup. Voorwood’s new A1515-CNC is also equipped with an automatic tool changer for each shaping and sanding station. Using stacked tooling spindles, each station can access up to 15 tools plus remember up to 100 patterns. Capable of shaping and sanding arch profiles on cabinet door components without pre-contouring, the machine can also do straight cuts. The A1515-CNC “Design Center” program allows the operator to create custom arches. As boards are loaded into the machine, the width is automatically measured and the programmed arch is rescaled to match the distance. Panel measurements can also be entered manually, allowing the arch to be rescaled to any width.

A26 Coping Machine
A26 Coping Shaper is equipped with a large ergonomically 42-inch long by 16-inch wide capacity table that provides comfortable access during single or multiple part cycles. PLC controlled clamping automatically secures the rail ends. Three different profile shaper heads can be stacked for quick set up. The A26 is capable of shaping up to seven 2-inch wide rails in one pass with dual heavy-duty 7.5 hp motors. Options included automatic power feed with two handed cycle control for operator safety. A single spindle model is also available.

515 CNC Feed-Through Arch Machine
Profiles and sands in one pass, a variety of preprogrammed arch raised panel contours or straight edges starting with a rectangular piece of wood. No precutting of the arch contour required! The stock is transported through the machine by a feed chain with special pads and hold down rollers that grip the wood securely while it passes two shaping and two counter rotating sanding stations. Digital readouts are installed on all-important adjustments, ensuring repeatable pattern setups.
