M30DD Slitter Rewinder
Is designed to easily handle high production speed converting demands. The machine will accurately slit and rewind a wide variety of materials including, but not limited to papers, plastics, foils, laminates and label stock. To ensure that setup time is kept to a minimum, numerous labor saving features are on the M30DD. These include air gates, clutches that provide winding on alternate shafts, interchangeable air expanding rewind shafts, manual belt change, dual speed winding, pendant for remote location control, quick adjust shear knives and rear unwind with pneumohydraulic edge guide that accepts a full production roll.
