HML Hot Melt Profile Wrapper
This wrapper is capable of a complete profile change over in ten minutes with our patented quick-change cartridge system. Depending on your profile, modular-wrapping stations can be added in line. The machine can be purchased with one or three sections. It can handle substrate from four-inch to twelve-inch with two models available. The hot melt applicator is on a timer so it’s ready to go right when you start work. The HML laminates papers, vinyl and veneers at high production speeds. It can wrap 360 degrees on many substrates materials such as finger jointed woods and medium density fiberboard. There are some nice features on this machine. Benefits are a very fine finished product that is easy to run at higher speeds with hot melt adhesives.
