Model L73 Contour FoilerThermal transfer finishing is now available for curved and irregular shaped parts without the need of bulky and heavy templates. With the Voorwood L73C round parts, oval parts, convex and concave parts-even odd shaped parts can be quickly and easily finished. The work table holds the part and specially designed wheels drive the part at speeds that are easy to handle and can do sustained production. There are a variety of furniture parts being done all over the world. Many new pieces of furniture have been developed through the L73C Edge Foiler.
Model L79 End-FinisherThis double end machine is designed to precisely cut moulding and other medium-density fiberboard parts to length, sand both ends, and apply dry transfer finishing foil to both ends at the same time. This machine is adjustable for width and is belt-fed for continuous running of parts.
L80 2/48 Surface FoilerMachine is a heat transfer foil laminator. The L80 appllies dry transfer foil to the surface of most medium density fiberboard and other substrate (hardwood). It will accommodate boards up to 48 inches wide and with sectionalized heaters still run cut to size parts increasing efficiency and reducing material handling. The L80 is capable of production speed of 50 feet per minute.
L85 Surface FoilerUses dry transfer finish technology. Applies finish on panels up to two feet in width (24 inches). You can finish doors, cabinet side panels, furniture tops and other items needing an inexpensive, and low labor costing finish on cut to size parts. The L85 is the most widely used dry transfer flat finisher for plaques in the award business today. Red silicone roll transfer the heat from the oven onto the foil, reactivating the hot melt adhesive for a superior wood grain, solid color, or even marble finish. The silicone roll gives even pressure over the full surface of the MDF part, even in the peaks and small valleys (board thickness variables). The L85 machine is flexible enough to flat foil embossed or routed flat surfaces giving a custom look. Model L86 Surface FoilerMachine is designed to finish cut-to-size parts. The L86 applies finish on panels up to 36 inches in width. It uses sectionalized ovens for energy savings and has a pre-cleaning brush for the substrate. Running cut-to-size parts are easier to handle, extend roller life, and waste foil is minimized. It comes standard with pneumatic unwind assembly and contoured bow roller to remove wrinkles and help ensure a smooth and even finish. Dry transfer foil is offered in solids, wood grain, tinted, and even marble like foils. It is being used on furniture and kitchen components, award industry plaques and parts, and specialty wood products. The foils are now compatible with many clear topcoats for even more added durability.
Model L108 Edge FoilerMachine will profile, sand and finish a single edge of MDF or particleboard parts in a one pass, continuous process. Stock is transported by top and bottom chains that are driven by heavy-duty feed works. The transport chains are fitted with non-marking pads, specially designed to firmly grip the stock during processing. Exclusive features, such as load meters that monitor all motors giving and indication of cutter and sander sharpness, are standard on the L108. Four applicator stations have individual heat controls and wheel adjustments, mounted on a frame that may be tilted to match the edge profile and apply foil finish
Model L217 Double-Side FoilerThis double end machine is designed to precisely cut moulding and other medium-density fiberboard parts to length, sand both ends, and apply dry transfer finishing foil to both ends at the same time. Model L115 Shaper-FoilerThis machine shapes, sands, and dry-transfer foils a single edge of your parts in one pass. Stock is transported through the machine by a bottom feed chain with special pads and hold-down rollers that grip the stock securely as it passes through each workstation operation. It has digital readouts and MicroPoint tilt at each workstation including digital readouts on the eversquare infeed fence. This machine is designed for easy setup and repeatable positioning of tooling during profile changeovers.
