A525 Arch Shaper Sander

Profiles and sands straight or pre-cut contoured raised panel wood parts in one pass. Stock is transported from the 90º edge guide by a feed chain with special pads and hold down rollers that grip the wood securely while it passes two shaping and two counter rotating floating sanding stations. Digital readouts are installed on all adjustment points needed to insure repeatable pattern setups.
